Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developers
This role requires someone who can configure, develop and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central software and components in all functional areas. You will be creating and modifying new and existing customisations and integrations, performing data conversions, debugging system problems and crafting resolutions, and applying service packs and hot fixes as needed.
Your technical knowledge will enable you to liaise with business groups for application support and perform gap analysis to compare solutions against stakeholder requirements.

Ideal Candidate Will Have
A minimum of 3 years of:
- ERP programming experience and hands-on work with full life cycle implementations.
- Software development specifically with NAV AL and BC C/AL.
Highly desirable:
- Experience working with common third-party add-on solutions for BC.
- NAV to BC upgrade and data migration experience.
- Unit test automation and peer review experience.
- SSRS experience.
It is an Advantage to Have
- .NET and JavaScript experience.
- SSRS experience.

- Ability to translate system and process documentation into technical specifications and code solutions.
- Ability to document code customisations and integrations in compliance with established standards and practices.
- Ability to debug errors efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to develop and manage estimates of effort.
- Capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Exceptional customer service skills – follows up with clients and team members and takes initiative to anticipate and solve problems.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
- Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills.
- An eye for detail and a focus on quality.
- Ability to effectively manage projects with local and remote team members.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and ability to solve complex problems by breaking them down and estimating accurately.
- Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment.
